Chuy’s Catering Menu Prices and Review

Chuy’s is Mike Young and John Zapp’s vision of a funky atmosphere for a Tex-Mex restaurant that serves fresh food. The first Chuy’s opened in Barton Springs Road in Austin Texas back in April 16, 1982. The first Chuy’s seated about sixty people.

Food from Chuy’s is made from scratch. It gives that authentic Tex-Mex feel with their hand rolled tortillas, fresh ingredients that are never frozen, ten signature sauces, and all white meat hand pulled chicken.

The tortillas you get are only made after you order them. Fresh tomatoes and not from cans are used in making the Salsa Fresca, that’s every hour. The ten homemade sauces are made only in small batches.

A group of 4 people getting fajitas or enchiladas with appetizers and drinks costs around $50. If you have a bigger group with 8 people getting burrito or salad with appetizers and a gallon of iced tea costs around $65.

Each catering package includes fresh chips and salsa, you could also upgrade to a deluxe package with the Queso or Creamy Jalapeño.
